Compensation

• Compensation is based on experience and skill level. $23- 29/hr.
• Registered Veterinary Technicians are strongly encouraged to apply! We greatly value the time and effort into becoming a Credentialed Veterinary Technician and have many opportunities to continue learning and skill development.

• Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

Job Requirements:

• Shares our commitment to our mission, vision, and values.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency and critical care setting
• Demonstrated excellence in nursing care and critical thinking skills
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and limited on-call duties
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Required Skills

• Proficient in calculating doses and administering intravenous drugs and fluids
• Ninja-like reflexes to handle surprise tail wags and unexpected bodily fluid encounters
• Skilled in obtaining and analyzing laboratory samples (blood, urine, and stool)
• Expertise in interpreting meows, barks, and chirps—telepathic skills are a plus!
• Experience in catheter placement
• Possesses the stamina of an athlete to keep up with lively kitties and energetic puppies
• Capable of monitoring patients under anesthesia (ventilator experience is a plus!)
• Strong time management, initiative, and task prioritization skills
