You will be responsible for running the day-to-day people operations at eternal.ag to ensure a healthy and high-performing global team. Based in the Bengaluru office, you will support core HR operations across India, Germany, and remote team members, focusing on building scalable systems while maintaining a human and consistent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end, managing onboarding, role changes, performance cycles, and offboarding processes.
- Design and implement scalable HR systems to support the fast-growing team, including policies, workflows, and documentation.
- Ensure multi-country compliance by coordinating employment law, HR compliance, and documentation across different locations.
- Manage payroll, benefits, leave policies, reimbursements, and employee records with precision.
- Collaborate with Talent Recruitment Specialist on hiring, onboarding plans, and first-week readiness for new employees.
- Implement performance practices, goal setting, check-ins, and clear documentation to support managers and employees.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations / HR, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in running People Operations across multiple countries and remote employment models.
- Experience in managing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, judgment, and high ownership mindset.
