We’re looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our online sales with excellent English spoken and written.

You’ll manage a team of 4 (SEO + Google & Meta Ads) and take full ownership of lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth for one of the UK’s leading EPOS providers.

What you’ll do:

• Own and scale Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO strategy
• Manage and drive performance from a team of 4
• Optimise funnels to increase leads, demos, and online sales
• Deliver strong ROI, CPL, and revenue targets
• Work closely with leadership to hit aggressive growth goals

What we need:

• Proven track record in B2B performance marketing
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO
• Data-driven with a focus on sales, not just traffic
• Leadership experience managing marketing teams
