We’re looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our online sales with excellent English spoken and written.
You’ll manage a team of 4 (SEO + Google & Meta Ads) and take full ownership of lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth for one of the UK’s leading EPOS providers.
What you’ll do:
- Own and scale Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO strategy
- Manage and drive performance from a team of 4
- Optimise funnels to increase leads, demos, and online sales
- Deliver strong ROI, CPL, and revenue targets
- Work closely with leadership to hit aggressive growth goals
What we need:
- Proven track record in B2B performance marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO
- Data-driven with a focus on sales, not just traffic
- Leadership experience managing marketing teams
