Job Description
As a Growth Marketing & Digital Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing strategies, lead generation, and campaign management. With your 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing landing pages, implementing tracking systems, managing paid advertising, and leveraging AI tools to boost marketing performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, create, and optimize landing pages for lead generation and customer acquisition. - Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Enhance user journeys and conversion funnels. - Collaborate with design and development teams to implement landing page improvements. - Set up and manage tracking infrastructure across marketing channels. - Configure and maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking frameworks. - Integrate CRM systems and lead attribution tools. - Develop dashboards and reports for campaign performance and sales funnel tracking. - Plan, launch, and optimize various campaigns on Google Ads, Google Display, and LinkedIn. - Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates. - Manage campaign budgets and ensure performance optimization. - Develop and execute social media content strategies. - Manage company presence on LinkedIn and other relevant channels. - Monitor content engagement and campaign effectiveness. - Coordinate organic and paid social initiatives. - Create end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to execution. - Build multi-channel lead generation strategies. - Establish nurturing workflows and remarketing funnels. - Identify new growth opportunities and acquisition channels. - Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for enhanced productivity and campaign performance. - Develop AI-enhanced workflows for content creation, research, reporting, and campaign optimization. Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation. - Strong understanding of marketing analytics, tracking implementation, and managing landing pages. - Experience with Google Ads, retargeting campaigns, and LinkedIn Sponsored Ads. - Proficiency in managing social media channels, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and project management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or technical field. - Experience with B2B marketing, SaaS, technology, AI, or engineering-focused products. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS, marketing automation platforms, and integrating marketing tools with CRM and analytics systems. - Knowledge of no-code or low-code automation platforms.
