We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW or LCSW) who is passionate about clinical work, excited about being part of a startup, and motivated to grow with the company while helping shape its future.

Position Overview

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide clinical and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and/or groups. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys meaningful client work, values autonomy, and wants to actively contribute to building and growing a mission-driven practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose mental health conditions in accordance with DSM-5-TR
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments)
• Collaborate with other providers and referral sources as needed
• Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
• Work closely with leadership to align clinical services with the company vision and growth goals

Qualifications

• Active LICSW or LCSW license (DC or eligible to practice in DC)
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Strong clinical skills in counseling and psychotherapy
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a growing team
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for mental health, healing, and community impact
