Compensation: $65 - $75 / hr. on W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Workstream Leadership: Oversee multiple workstreams across IT, business, and consulting teams, ensuring effective collaboration among infrastructure, networking, and business transformation teams. Develop and maintain detailed project plans while monitoring progress through program-level KPIs.
  • Strategic Alignment & Decision Support: Align migration strategies with business goals, translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders and making balanced decisions to meet business needs.
  • Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and address risks associated with S/4HANA migration, tackling roadblocks and technical challenges as they arise.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with executive sponsors, SAP partners, and external consultants, managing expectations effectively through clear status reports and updates.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee significant program budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost management while coordinating with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Technical & Process Expertise: Leverage your infrastructure, networking, server setup, and database administration knowledge, employing Agile and Waterfall methodologies for migration readiness assessments.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with SAP and external consulting partners, ensuring a smooth collaboration with third-party vendors supporting integrations and development.
  • Post-Migration Support & Optimization: Strategize for post-go-live support and optimization efforts, monitoring system performance and recommending enhancements.

Experience Requirements:

  • Extensive background in technical infrastructure and networking.
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs with multiple workstreams.
  • Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA migration is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proven history of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in:
  • MS Project
  • JIRA
  • Smartsheet
  • Clarity (a plus)
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall projects and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget development and cost oversight.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
