We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer (Fresher / Experienced) to support access control and biometric systems. The role involves troubleshooting devices, software, and network-related issues while assisting customers and internal teams.
Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- L1/L2 support for access control, biometric, RFID, face & fingerprint systems
- Troubleshoot controllers, readers, and device connectivity
- Support software, databases, and system configurations
- Coordinate with field engineers and development teams
- Maintain support tickets and documentation
Required Skills
- Diploma / BE / BTech / BSc / BCA / IT or Electronics-related qualification
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and hardware
- Interest in security systems and technical support
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to learn (freshers welcome)
