Technical Support Specialist

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer (Fresher / Experienced) to support access control and biometric systems. The role involves troubleshooting devices, software, and network-related issues while assisting customers and internal teams.

Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• L1/L2 support for access control, biometric, RFID, face & fingerprint systems
• Troubleshoot controllers, readers, and device connectivity
• Support software, databases, and system configurations
• Coordinate with field engineers and development teams
• Maintain support tickets and documentation

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE / BTech / BSc / BCA / IT or Electronics-related qualification
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and hardware
• Interest in security systems and technical support
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to learn (freshers welcome)
