About the Role The Project Manager – IT Capital is accountable for the successful delivery of approved IT Capital projects, with responsibility for managing scope, timelines, costs, and governance requirements. This role provides end-to-end leadership for medium to complex, multi-stream initiatives and supports value realization and operational readiness for the health system.
The Project
Manager works closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to coordinate delivery activities, manage risks and issues, and ensure alignment with established governance structures in a regulated, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Manager, IT Capital, you will:
- Deliver IT Capital projects in line with approved scope, schedule, budget, and governance requirements.
- Lead the full project lifecycle using standard project management methodologies, from initiation through close‑out.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and benefits realization.
- Monitor project performance against approved plans, baselines, and project‑level KPIs.
- Lead vendor and supplier management, including oversight of contracted services and deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholders across technical, clinical, operational, finance, procurement, contracts and external partner groups.
- Apply change management practices and provide clear, timely project status reporting to sponsors and leadership.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience delivering IT or digital projects preferably in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large, multi-stream initiatives while taking into consideration scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools.
- Experience working within formal governance structures, including escalation of risks, issues, and decision points.
- Change management training or experience (e.g., Prosci) is considered an asset.

Anticipated Start Date: May 2026
Location: Regina/Saskatoon, SK (On-Site). For roles requiring Regina office space, temporary remote work may be required during our office move. On-site work will resume once the new Regina office is ready.
