Learning Technologies Specialist

As a Learning Technologies Specialist at Ecolab, your primary responsibility will be the administration of Learning Technologies, with a focus on Workday Learning. You will provide end-to-end support to global HR and Learning stakeholders, ensuring best practice use of solutions and enabling the learning and development of Ecolab's global associates.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide end-to-end support for global HR and Learning stakeholders using Workday Learning and other Learning Technologies.
• Manage cases, prioritize tasks, and deliver high levels of service to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support system administration processes, such as auditing learning courses and maintaining critical structures within Workday Learning.
• Continuously improve resource materials, procedures, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Strong aptitude for technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer focus, and service orientation.
• Experience in Workday Learning and Service Now.
