We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours to ensure timely service
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations
• Assist in cleaning workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment after use

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Strong understanding of meal preparation and food industry best practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff
• Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles
• Basic kitchen experience including use of cooking tools and equipment
• Passion for culinary arts with attention to detail in food presentation and quality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
