Title: Process Development Scientist - 12-Month Contract

Position Summary:

The Process Development Scientist is responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical or biologic products. This role is a 12-month contract assignment with potential extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to optimize process parameters
• Scale up processes from lab to pilot and commercial manufacturing
• Analyze process data and recommend improvements
• Author technical reports, batch records, and regulatory documentation
• Support technology transfer to manufacturing sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytical, QA, and Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field
• 3-7+ years of process development experience
• Experience with scale-up and tech transfer
• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing environments
