We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to join a team in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing 100% visual inspections, sampling, and identifying defects in raw materials. The ideal candidate will have experience working under strict quality standards and bring strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 100% visual inspection of raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Inspect product sheets (white, paper-like material) for defects, inconsistencies, or damage.
• Conduct sampling and quality checks in alignment with internal SOPs and FDA regulations.
• Accurately document (Good Documentation Practice) inspection results, defects, and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to escalate issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and FDA regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality inspection or QC role within a regulated environment (FDA, GMP, pharma, biotech, or medical device preferred).
• Experience in a cleanroom/aseptic environment/PPE
• Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
• Experience with sampling, defect detection, and visual inspection techniques.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production setting.
