Job Description
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of managing and growing our clients’ social media presence.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a strong focus on engagement, growth, and lead generation.
You’ll work closely with our creative, ads, and strategy teams to deliver measurable results for premium brands.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Write strong, engaging captions & copy (English / Hinglish)
- Coordinate with designers & video editors for posts and reels
- Schedule and publish content using tools (Meta Suite, Later, etc.)
- Manage daily posting, stories, comments & DMs of clients
- Monitor performance: reach, engagement, saves, profile visits
- Track insights and suggest improvements based on data
- Stay updated with social media trends & algorithm changes
- Brainstorm campaign ideas with the strategy & ads team
- Prepare client-wise monthly performance reports
- Handle Client Meetings as a Team Leader
Requirements:- Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience as a Social Media Manager in Agency
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Creator Studio
- Basic knowledge of performance metrics & ROI
- Good content writing skills (English mandatory, Hinglish preferred)
- Bonus: Experience with real estate, luxury, or product-based brands
- Strong ownership mindset & ability to work in a team
- Clear communication and execution-focused attitude
