Job Title: .NET Developer (6–10 Years Experience)

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid Work Model)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, a solid understanding of software development best practices, and the ability to work in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust .NET applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and product teams.
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Implement security and data protection practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of experience in software development using .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
• Strong proficiency in C#, OOP concepts, and design patterns.
• Experience with Web APIs, RESTful services, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework / LINQ.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, Angular/React is a plus).
• Experience with Azure / cloud platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
