Role Description
This is a full-time Federal System Engineer/Architect role based in Tysons Corner, VA, with a hybrid work model allowing for some remote work. The professional will be responsible for systems engineering, troubleshooting, system design, and administration to support federal clients. Day-to-day tasks will include managing system architecture, providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and optimizing system performance to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presales Systems Engineering and Systems Design to build and enhance system architecture and infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience in System Administration and Technical Support to ensure system reliability and address user needs.
- Understanding of IT systems and security protocols within federal environments is preferred.
- Excellent presentation /communication skills, to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment at the Tysons Corner, VA location with flexible remote options.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related fields, or equivalent experience.
- DOE, NASA, FAA, Army, USAF and Federal System Integrator experince required
