Job Description
As a member of Denave's Demand Generation team, your role will involve supporting in planning and executing B2B growth and lead-generation campaigns. By leveraging AI tools and automation platforms, you will contribute to the efficiency and impact of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for lead generation and landing pages.
- Manage audience targeting, campaign structure, and creative testing.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, and lead quality, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage email campaigns using platforms like SendGrid, Brevo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, and LeadSquared.
- Support lead nurture workflows and suggest improvements to email performance and engagement.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate execution and assist in creating automation workflows.
- Track and report on leads, engagement, and performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with various teams for smooth campaign rollouts and support briefs, calendars, and documentation.
Requirements
- 34 years of experience in paid media, demand generation, growth, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with email automation tools and familiarity with automation tools and AI tools for content creation.
- Comfortable with reporting in Sheets/Excel and interpreting performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to contribute ideas for campaign improvements.
