The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. Position Summary

Engineering Leader

Role Summary

Set the technical vision for a multidisciplinary organization that designs, builds and scales next-generation, AI-powered Human Capital products — turning ambition into performant, scalable and responsible delivery across Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and lead design, build and deployment across full-stack, data science, agentic AI and hyperscaler platforms
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to production — integrating emerging AI, fine-tuning and optimization
• Drive innovation — co-create assets with clients and product teams; champion experimentation and engineering excellence
• Apply deep HCM expertise to solution design; shape go-to-market strategy and asset monetization
• Engage senior stakeholders and embed responsible-AI and data governance across every solution

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years in technology delivery, software engineering or applied AI — including leading high-performing teams
• Hands-on technical depth with the ability to set and communicate a compelling enterprise vision
• AI at scale — proven track record embedding generative and agentic AI into production
• Depth across Full-Stack, Hyperscalers, Data Science, DevOps & technical architecture; HCM domain knowledge and agile fluency
• Commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management, commitment to ethical, compliant technology

Education

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). A Master’s degree or post-graduate specialization in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Cloud Computing is a plus.

Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai (Hybrid; travel to client sites as required)
