Position Summary
Engineering Leader
Role Summary
Set the technical vision for a multidisciplinary organization that designs, builds and scales next-generation, AI-powered Human Capital products — turning ambition into performant, scalable and responsible delivery across Human Capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the technical vision and lead design, build and deployment across full-stack, data science, agentic AI and hyperscaler platforms
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to production — integrating emerging AI, fine-tuning and optimization
- Drive innovation — co-create assets with clients and product teams; champion experimentation and engineering excellence
- Apply deep HCM expertise to solution design; shape go-to-market strategy and asset monetization
- Engage senior stakeholders and embed responsible-AI and data governance across every solution
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years in technology delivery, software engineering or applied AI — including leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on technical depth with the ability to set and communicate a compelling enterprise vision
- AI at scale — proven track record embedding generative and agentic AI into production
- Depth across Full-Stack, Hyperscalers, Data Science, DevOps & technical architecture; HCM domain knowledge and agile fluency
- Commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management, commitment to ethical, compliant technology
Education
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). A Master’s degree or post-graduate specialization in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Cloud Computing is a plus.
Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai (Hybrid; travel to client sites as required)
