Established (100+ years) Premier Plaintiff Firm Seeking Personal Injury Associate Attorney in Alexandria
An established Virginia-based firm with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its team in Alexandria. The firm is well known for its compassionate, client-focused approach and proven track record of achieving strong results for injured individuals across Virginia. This candidate will have an active VA bar license (D.C. and MD are a plus).
This position offers meaningful client interaction, courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to handle a diverse range of personal injury matters alongside experienced trial attorneys.

Salary range: $75,000-$150,000+ depending on experience and seniority

Qualifications
1-5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury
Active Virginia Bar membership in good standing
Active D.C. and Maryland Bar membership in good standing (Plus)
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Experience handling discovery, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Trial experience preferred, or a strong desire to develop courtroom experience
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a paperless, technology-driven environment
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution or trial
Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare motions and pleadings
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and hearings
Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to prepare for trial
Maintain consistent client communication and ensure exceptional service throughout the case lifecycle
