Candidates working with a marketing agency will be preferred.

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Brand Strategist & Social Media Marketing Strategist to help us serve our clients and raise their brand awareness by developing the right creative and communication strategies. You will work with our clients to find what makes them unique and communicate it to the world.

Ultimately, you should also be able to manage our clients' social media presence, ensuring high traffic and customer engagement. Flawless english communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement a social media content strategy to align with business goals
  • Can completely own the social media calendar and liaise with content writers, Graphic Designers etc., to get the social media posts done within the timeline.
  • It would be best if you were a creative thinker with a strong knack for developing engaging content.
  • Should be able to work on brand pitches
  • Please ensure on-time and effective communication with the internal team to meet all deadlines.
  • Brainstorm with team members to decide upon creative ideas and execute effective campaigns.
  • Understanding ongoing social media trends and leveraging them will be a huge plus.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms, and the knowledge of 'how-to-trend' is a plus.
  • Should have good exposure to handling B2B clients and platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Devise innovative growth strategies

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Ability to write flawless English content.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding English communication skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
