Role Description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. The responsibilities include managing and developing the sales territory, identifying and pursuing potential customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The Territory Sales

Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting product training sessions, and providing high standards of customer service to enhance brand loyalty. The role entails analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and teams
• Experience in providing Training to enhance performance and product knowledge of team members
• Proven ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the consumer electrical industry is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Jamshedpur
