Brand Strategist (Positioning & Messaging)
Hybrid – Charlotte, NC (In-office Tues–Thurs weekly | Local candidates only)
We’re looking for a brand strategist who specializes in positioning and messaging for enterprise-level clients, NOT content, creative, or performance marketing strategy.
You’ll lead brand strategy for B2B clients, translating insights into clear positioning and messaging that drive pipeline, revenue, and long-term brand growth.
This is a strategy-first, client-facing role for someone with agency experience who can independently lead engagements, guide stakeholders, and connect brand decisions to measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Define brand positioning, messaging architecture, and narrative frameworks
- Lead discovery sessions with executive stakeholders
- Translate insights into integrated brand strategies across the customer journey
- Align brand strategy with demand generation, pipeline, and ROI
- Develop strategic briefs and direction for creative and content teams
- Conduct competitive and category analysis to inform differentiation
