Brand & Marketing Strategist (Agency Experience Required)

📍 Hybrid – Charlotte, NC (In-office Tues–Thurs weekly | Local candidates only)

We’re hiring a Brand & Marketing Strategist to lead brand strategy for B2B clients—translating positioning and messaging into programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and long-term brand growth.

This is a strategy-first, client-facing role for someone with agency experience who can lead engagements, guide stakeholders, and connect brand decisions to measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Define brand positioning, messaging architecture, and narrative frameworks
• Lead discovery sessions with executive stakeholders to shape strategic direction
• Translate insights into integrated brand + marketing strategies across channels
• Align brand strategy with demand generation, pipeline, and ROI
• Develop strategic briefs and campaign direction for creative and content teams
• Conduct competitive and category analysis to inform differentiation

• You’re comfortable challenging stakeholders to improve outcomes
• You connect brand work to revenue, not just awareness

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years in brand or marketing strategy roles
• 2+ years in an agency environment (required)
• Experience developing positioning, messaging, and integrated strategies
• Strong understanding of how brand connects to pipeline, ROI, and CAC
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment
