Retail Sales Assistant — Delhi (On-site)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our Delhi store. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a strong understanding of luxury retail, client engagement, and operational discipline.
The ideal candidate will deliver a refined and personalized shopping experience, while contributing to store performance through effective client servicing, product knowledge, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized styling consultations aligned with client preferences and brand positioning
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including design details, materials, and collection stories
Deliver exceptional customer service in line with luxury retail standards
Support sales initiatives and contribute towards achieving store targets
Stay updated on current fashion trends and effectively translate them for clients
Assist in inventory management, including stock organization, replenishment, and tracking
Execute inter-store stock transfers and maintain accurate documentation and coordination
Ensure adherence to store processes, visual merchandising standards, and operational protocols
Qualifications
Proven expertise in fashion consulting and client styling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of customer service orientation with attention to detail
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to contribute to revenue growth
Working knowledge of inventory management systems and stock handling processes
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within a luxury fashion brand
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or a related field
