Account Executive, PR & Marketing

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at Bold and Beyond PR & Marketing Agency, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day execution across assigned PR accounts. You will be the front-facing voice of our brands, owning communications, working closely with creatives, and ensuring every message hits with clarity and impact. Your role will involve executing approved PR strategies aligned with client objectives, securing consistent coverage across various media channels, and developing content with accuracy and adherence to brand tone and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day execution across assigned PR accounts
• Execute approved PR strategies aligned with client objectives
• Secure consistent coverage across print, digital, and broadcast media
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand tone and messaging in content development
• Prepare structured coverage and performance reports
• Analyze coverage quality and suggest improvements
• Coordinate internally and support the team effectively

Qualifications Required:

• 46 years of Public Relations experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong media relations and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of media landscape and PR tools
• Structured 8-hour work shifts promoting healthy worklife balance
