Job Description
Hiring: Windows & Virtualization Specialist (Automation-Focused) We are looking for a highly skilled Windows & Virtualization Specialist with a strong focus on automation, scripting, and secure infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems and working in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, networking, storage)
Support VDI environments (Omnissa / VMware Horizon)
Work with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for hybrid identity management
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
Collaborate with security and compliance teams
Required Experience
~4+ years in Windows Server administration
~ Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting
~ Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and VDI platforms
~ Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity
~ Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications (Windows Server Hybrid Admin, VCP-DCV, M365 Enterprise Admin)
Experience with Ansible or similar automation tools
Exposure to financial services environments
