Content Marketing Specialist (Visual & Social Media)
Westmount (on-site + project site visits)
Full-time | 5 days/week in-office and on-site

As the company continues to expand into exterior environments and design-driven solutions through exclusive international partnerships, it is focusing on elevating how its work is presented through compelling visual storytelling.
The Opportunity
They are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who brings both creative excellence and marketing discipline to elevate their presence across social media—especially Instagram.
This is a role for someone who can own both content creation and performance—from capturing and producing high-end visuals to managing paid campaigns, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing impact.
You’ll play a key role not only in how their projects are seen, but in how their content performs.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a structured editorial calendar aligned with brand positioning
- Visit project sites regularly to capture real-time, high-quality content
- Identify key moments and visually compelling milestones across projects
- Shoot and produce elevated visual content (design/architecture-focused)
- Edit content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or equivalent)
- Create and publish Reels, Stories, and posts consistently
- Maintain a cohesive, high-end visual identity across all platforms
Performance & Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
- Monitor and analyze performance across campaigns and organic contentTrack and report on key metrics including CTR, cost per lead, engagement, and conversions
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights to management
- Continuously optimize campaigns and content based on data and results
- Conduct competitive and industry analysis to inform strategy
Tools & Innovation
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve content creation, targeting, and efficiency
- Stay current on emerging platforms, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to align content with active projects and business priorities

- Strong experience in social media strategy and paid media (Meta ads required)
- Proven ability to create high-quality visual content (shoot + edit)
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns with measurable results
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and mobile content tools
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, ad managers, and AI-driven marketing tools
- Exceptional visual eye (composition, lighting, framing)
- Self-starter with strong ownership and execution skills
- Highly organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Interest in architecture, construction, or design (strong asset)
