Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end, analyzing performance, and optimizing for ROI and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App campaigns)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Track and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics (GA4)
- Manage campaign budgets across platforms and ensure maximum ROI
- Perform audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (via GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to optimize landing pages and funnels
- Run A/B tests across ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Generate insights and performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Identify scaling opportunities and improve campaign performance continuously
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models
- Experience with tracking tools like Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixel
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Good to Have (Plus Points)
- Experience running campaigns on Snapchat Ads
- Experience in EdTech or mobile app marketing
- Knowledge of Firebase or attribution tools
- Experience with app install and user acquisition campaigns
