GMR is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of vendor contracting for a key agency client, supporting the execution of high-profile promotional events and special projects.
You’ll collaborate closely with legal counsel, internal business groups, and cross-functional partners to draft, analyze, and negotiate third-party agreements, manage compliance processes, and deliver essential operational and administrative support.

Required Skills
- Contract Leadership. You’ll manage the contracting process for vendor and third-party agreements from drafting and negotiation through execution and tracking. Your deep attention to detail, understanding of contract language, and ability to balance precision with pace will ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Strategic Partnering. You’ll serve as a key liaison between the legal and risk department and internal agency teams, ensuring clear communication, aligned timelines, and seamless contract management.
- Risk + Compliance Insight. You’ll assist with subpoenas, garnishments, and privacy matters while maintaining confidentiality and diligence in every detail.
- Operational Excellence. You’ll support core legal operations through scheduling, managing correspondence, maintaining organized workflows, and tackling special projects as they arise.
- Dynamic Mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments and know how to adapt without losing sight of the details.
The annual range for this role varies between $55,000 – $65,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
