Motion Graphics & UI/UX Designer (Figma Expert)

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms. Your role will involve converting Figma designs into animated visuals, collaborating with UI/UX designers and product teams, designing and animating social media creatives, ads, and promotional videos, as well as editing videos with transitions, effects, sound, and motion elements. It will be essential to maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs and stay updated with the latest design trends and animation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms
• Convert Figma designs into animated visuals (UI animations, explainer videos, product demos)
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, and marketing to deliver creative assets
• Design and animate social media creatives, ads, and promotional videos
• Edit videos, add transitions, effects, sound, and motion elements
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and animation techniques

Qualifications Required:

• 35 years of experience in motion graphics/video editing
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma (prototyping, design systems, UI flows)
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and animation for interfaces
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in SaaS, product-based, or digital marketing environments
• Familiarity with video storytelling and scripting
