IT Support Representative (Entry Level - Remote)

Looking to start your career in IT from the comfort of your home? We’re hiring a Remote IT Support Representative who enjoys helping people and solving technical issues. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

In this role, you’ll provide first-level technical support to employees or customers through phone, email, and chat. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with account setup and password resets, document support tickets, and escalate more complex issues when needed.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, and a customer-focused mindset. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing your time effectively. A diploma or certification in IT is an asset, but not required.
