About The Role
TrueChoice Coverage is a growing insurance agency seeking a Director of Agency Operations to help lead and shape the operational side of the business.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee and support day-to-day agency operations
- Help establish and maintain carrier relationships and appointments
- Lead and support agent onboarding, licensing, and compliance processes
- Build and improve internal workflows and operational processes
- Help keep projects and timelines on track
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support overall business growth
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in an insurance agency environment selling individual policies (life insurance preferred; individual health or personal lines also relevant)
- Experience with agency operations, onboarding, licensing, or compliance
- Ability to take ownership and work independently when needed
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment
