About The Role

TrueChoice Coverage is a growing insurance agency seeking a Director of Agency Operations to help lead and shape the operational side of the business.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you will have real ownership over how the agency runs day-to-day. You’ll work directly with leadership to bring structure, improve processes, and help build a strong operational foundation as the business continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and support day-to-day agency operations
• Help establish and maintain carrier relationships and appointments
• Lead and support agent onboarding, licensing, and compliance processes
• Build and improve internal workflows and operational processes
• Help keep projects and timelines on track
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
• Collaborate closely with leadership to support overall business growth

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in an insurance agency environment selling individual policies (life insurance preferred; individual health or personal lines also relevant)
• Experience with agency operations, onboarding, licensing, or compliance
• Ability to take ownership and work independently when needed
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment

Additional Details

• Base salary: $135,000 – $160,000
• Additional performance-based bonus (15–20%) tied to operational goals
• Total compensation potential: $155,000 – $190,000+
• This is a remote position.
