Job Description

About the Role

As an Email Marketing Executive within the Brand Hackers team, you’ll typically work across 2-4 brands at any one time, either as part of a wider Brand Hackers team or alongside our partners’ in‑house marketing teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the production of CRM and email audits for brand partners.
  • Help plan, set up, and schedule email campaigns focused on engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Write clear, on‑brand copy for campaign emails and flows.
  • Build emails using existing templates and basic design tools.
  • Pull performance reports (e.g., opens, clicks, revenue) and help interpret what’s working and what we should test next.
  • Bring fresh ideas for subject lines, content, and experiments to improve performance.
  • Work with the CRM Manager to help build and maintain simple flows (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart, winback).
  • Prepare summaries of key campaign results and learnings for internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We’re open to a range of backgrounds. You’ll have some hands‑on email experience already, and might be in a broader marketing role and looking to specialise.

  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in a DTC/e-commerce brand.
  • Basic familiarity with at least one email or CRM platform (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Good understanding of what makes a compelling marketing email (subject lines, CTAs, structure, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, using data to spot simple trends.
  • Strong written communication skills and good attention to detail.
  • Well-organised, able to manage your time and juggle multiple tasks or brands.
  • Proactive, curious, and happy to ask questions and suggest ideas.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience with Klaviyo.
  • Basic Canva or similar design tool skills.
  • Agency or multi‑client experience.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, remote-based role that will require you to be within easy access of London. There is an expectation that you will be available for client or internal in-person meetings a minimum of twice a month.

What We Can Give in Return

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Monthly working-from-home allowance to be spent on coffee or co-working.
  • Birthday off.
  • Enhanced paternity/maternity leave & pay.
  • Unlimited coaching with MoreHappi.
  • Full Up World Membership.
  • Our commitment to your development.

Salary

£32,000 – £38,000 DOE.

Working rights in the UK are required (we are currently unable to sponsor visas).
