About Us

Retention Harbor is a Klaviyo Platinum Partner email and SMS marketing agency working exclusively with DTC ecommerce brands.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Klaviyo implementor to handle the technical execution of email programs across a portfolio of ecommerce clients. This is a pure execution role — you’ll be the person who builds everything in the platform and keeps client programs running smoothly.

Tasks

• Build and maintain email flows including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back.
• Implement email designs from Figma into Klaviyo accurately and on time.
• Create and manage signup forms including pop-ups, embedded forms, and landing page integrations.
• Build and maintain audience segments based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
• Set up and schedule one-time campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Pull performance reports and identify drop-off points or technical issues.
• QA all emails across devices and email clients before deployment.
• Manage Shopify-Klaviyo integrations including app configuration and event tracking.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience building flows, campaigns, and segments.
• Experience implementing email designs from Figma into Klaviyo.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo integration setup.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable working async in a remote-first environment.
• Strong written English for internal communication and documentation.
• Experience with signup form setup and list management.
• Ability to pull and interpret Klaviyo analytics.
