Job Description

Help transform People Operations as an empathetic Administrator focused on automating processes. Support a distributed team throughout their journey while ensuring compliance and enhancing operational efficiency.

In this 12-month fixed-term contract role, you will manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This position requires working closely with globally-distributed teams. Key responsibilities include managing HRIS updates and assisting with projects aimed at process improvement and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Update HRIS and relevant policy documentation
  • Assist with automation and process improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Human Resources or People Operations
  • Post-secondary education in related field
  • Proficiency in HRIS and related software
  • Experience with globally-distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of HR processes in Canada, France, UK
