Help transform People Operations as an empathetic Administrator focused on automating processes. Support a distributed team throughout their journey while ensuring compliance and enhancing operational efficiency.
In this 12-month fixed-term contract role, you will manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This position requires working closely with globally-distributed teams. Key responsibilities include managing HRIS updates and assisting with projects aimed at process improvement and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Update HRIS and relevant policy documentation
- Assist with automation and process improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws
Requirements
- 3+ years in Human Resources or People Operations
- Post-secondary education in related field
- Proficiency in HRIS and related software
- Experience with globally-distributed teams
- Strong understanding of HR processes in Canada, France, UK
