Job Summary

We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Duck Creek Insight QA Analyst with strong expertise in ETL testing, SQL, and insurance domain (P&C). The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting quality assurance processes across Duck Creek platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and collaborate with the Business Analyst (BA) team for clarity and completeness
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases; document and report test results
• Identify, log, and track defects; coordinate with ETL developers for resolution and status updates
• Perform root cause analysis for identified issues
• Participate actively in daily/weekly status meetings
• Communicate effectively with onshore clients via calls and emails
• Ensure adherence to defect lifecycle and QA best practices
• Prepare test closure reports and QA documentation

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in SQL, with ability to write complex queries (Oracle/SQL Server or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience in ETL Testing across:
• Staging
• Data Warehouse
• Data Mart
• Good understanding of data models, schemas, and data structures in ETL processes
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong knowledge of defect lifecycle and QA processes

Domain Expertise:

• Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
• Exposure to Duck Creek modules: Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of XML
• Experience with Duck Creek Insights / Duck Creek Express platform
