Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle server hardware troubleshooting (Dell & HP Servers & IBM servers)
- Perform root cause analysis & resolve IPMI-related issues
- Monitor system performance, health & alerts proactively
- Manage server tickets & ensure SLA-based resolution
- Coordinate with OEMs & vendors for critical issue handling
- Maintain inventory & asset tracking in EMS
- Support Data Center (DC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) operations
- Work on server installations, performance tuning & reporting
- 8+ years of experience in Server Hardware / Data Center Environment
- Strong Linux/RedHat Administration skills
- Experience with Dell & HP Servers, IPMI tools
- Knowledge of server architecture, OS, and boot processes
- Certifications like RHCSA / RHCE / LFCS are a plus
