Medical Coding Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced E&M Medical Coding Team leader who will be responsible for managing coding operations, ensuring quality and productivity targets, and guiding the team in accurate coding practices. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in E&M Inpatient and Outpatient coding along with team handling experience.Key Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Medical Coding Team leader to audit coded medical records and ensure accuracy and compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, providing feedback to coders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Audit E/M - IP / OP coding chartsEnsure to review the Radiology charts and maintain 98% of SLA (Including X-ray, MRI, CT, US)Ensure 95%+ coding accuracyProvide feedback and error analysis to codersMaintain audit reports and quality scorecardsEnsure compliance with CMS and client guidelinesRequirements: CPC / CCS / CCA Certification (Mandatory)Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCSMinimum 3+ year QA experience in CodingGood analytical and communication skills

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
