Job Summary
- We are looking for a People Data Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in data management, reporting, and analytics. The primary focus of this role is to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MS Excel, Macros/VBA, and Power BI, with hands-on experience in managing large datasets, performing data validation, and generating actionable insights. Exposure to HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce, will be an added advantage.
Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Maintain high standards of HR data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.
- Conduct regular data sanity checks, audits, reconciliations, and validations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop, automate, and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers using MS Excel and Power BI.
- Analyze large volumes of employee and organizational data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
- Create and manage periodic and ad-hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders.
- Support data cleansing, data migration, and data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRBP, Payroll, Finance , and Business teams to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting efficiency through Excel Macros/VBA and Power BI solutions.
- Support HRIS data maintenance and system-related activities as required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with strong analytical and data management capabilities.
- 4–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, MIS, or HR data management roles.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including:
- Complex formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, etc.)
- Pivot Tables and advanced data analysis
- Macros/VBA automation
- Strong experience in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
- Proven experience in data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate reports within timelines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to HRIS platforms such as Dayforce (preferred), Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
- Understanding of HR data structures and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, or HR operations data management.

Compensation
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
- This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
