As a leading healthcare media agency, we aim to redefine how brands connect with audiences. We seek an enthusiastic and analytical SEM Analyst to manage and enhance our clients' paid search campaigns, ensuring outstanding performance and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Campaigns: Take charge of the management and optimization of client accounts, always striving to meet or exceed performance and reach targets.
- Technical Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of top ad technologies, including Google Search Ads 360 and our proprietary data platforms.
- Strategic Development: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, design effective campaign structures, and create engaging ad copy to boost ROI.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside our SEM team, account management, media services, and analytics experts to enhance paid search initiatives.
- Innovative Testing: Collaborate with analytics to design and implement A/B tests for landing pages and ad creatives, utilizing insights to improve campaigns.
- Executional Precision: Develop bulksheets, create tracking URLs, and ensure meticulous campaign launches while managing budgets and troubleshooting issues.
- Competitive Analysis: Regularly conduct research to keep our campaigns competitive in the market.
- Continuous Development: Stay updated on new tools, trends, and best practices in SEM, sharing learnings to foster team growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and update Med Legal submission documents for client accounts, especially those in the pharmaceutical industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years managing paid search accounts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong background in web analytics with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-lookups.
- Platform Familiarity: Experience with analytics software such as Google Analytics and bid management tools like Search Ads 360.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a quantitative field preferred.
- Enthusiasm: A strong desire to learn new technologies and contribute to a fast-growing healthcare agency.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications from Google and Microsoft.
- Experience with video, contextual, or programmatic advertising.
- Previous work in the pharmaceutical sector.
