At Elevate Healthcare Marketing, a leading healthcare media agency, we transform how brands connect with their audiences. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage and optimize our clients' paid search campaigns, achieving exceptional performance and measurable results.
What You Will Do:
- Campaign Management: Take ownership of managing and optimizing client accounts to consistently meet or exceed delivery, reach, and performance goals.
- Technical Expertise: Develop deep knowledge in ad technology platforms such as Google Search Ads 360, alongside our internal technology and data platforms.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, develop effective campaign structures, and create compelling ad copy while analyzing performance data to drive increased ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the SEM team, account management, media services, and analytics groups to oversee impactful paid search and marketing campaigns.
- Testing and Innovation: Partner with analytics to design and execute A/B landing page and creative ad tests, utilizing insights for product improvements and writing test-specific ad copy.
- Execution Excellence: Build bulksheets, establish tracking URLs, and launch campaigns meticulously while managing budgets, troubleshooting issues, and implementing advanced bidding strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular research to keep our campaigns competitive and innovative.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new tools, trends, and best practices in Search and Emerging Media, sharing insights with the team.
- Healthcare Compliance: Create and update Med Legal submission documents for assigned accounts, especially within the pharmaceutical sector.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 1-3 years in managing paid search accounts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong background in web analytics with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.
- Platform Familiarity: Knowledge of web analytics software such as Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics, as well as bid management tools.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a quantitative/analytical field.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for new technologies and a keen desire to grow within a dynamic healthcare media agency.
- Bonus Points:
- Certifications from Google and Microsoft.
- Experience with contextual, video, and programmatic advertising.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical vertical.
