Lead Sales Representative

POSITION

The purpose of the Sales and Marketing Representative role is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Sessions. The Sales and Marketing Representative also assists with retaining current members by creating a positive day-to-day client experience.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• Opportunities for growth within the studios, including additional sales, marketing, and management opportunities
• Compensation: $17.95 to 23.00/hour, based on experience
• Commission paid on sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Sales experience required, but willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and highly motivated
• Energetic and passionate about building relationships
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Social media expert and technical expertise is a plus
• Interest in the fitness industry is a plus
• Must be available early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first point of contact to prospective clients generated from social media leads to establish a relationship
• Book and confirm quality intro sessions with prospective clients
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Enthusiastically engage current and prospective clients as they enter the studio, ensuring a positive client experience
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
