The Role
We're looking for a Copywriter who can make people stop, feel, and act with words alone. From a three-word hook to a full campaign, you'll own the voice of the brands we work with, and you'll do it across a dozen different tones at once. This isn't a 'fill in the caption' role. You'll turn strategy into copy that sounds like the brand, sells like a pro, and never reads like everyone else.
What You'll Do
- Write scroll-stopping copies for posts, stories, scripts for reels with visual hooks and scroll stopping narrative
- Craft ad copy that actually converts across Meta, Google, and more
- Build and maintain distinct brand voices for a diverse roster of clients
- Turn briefs, strategy, and rough ideas into sharp, on-brand copy
- Write across formats - social, web, email, scripts, and campaign messaging
- Collaborate with the design, video, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life
- Plan campaigns that capable of going viral
- Collaborate with production team in visual narration
- Juggle multiple brand voices at once without losing the thread
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of copywriting experience (agency or brand)
- Range - you can swing from witty D2C to credible healthcare and back
- A strong grip on hooks, structure, and what makes people actually act
- Social-first and performance-minded, not just clever for the sake of it
- Ability to take a brief and run with it independently
- A portfolio that shows voice, versatility, and results - not just pretty lines
- Bonus: SEO writing, video scriptwriting, or familiarity with AI-assisted tools
