Job Description: Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator (AI-Driven Marketing)

We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator who can bring ideas to life across digital platforms. This role goes beyond static design—you’ll be responsible for producing engaging visual content, including short-form videos, marketing creatives, and AI-generated media that drives brand awareness and user engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with hands-on experience in video editing and emerging AI content creation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and ads.
• Create and edit high-quality video content for marketing (reels, ads, promos, explainer videos).
• Develop short-form, high-engagement content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and edit video and visual content (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into creative assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video outputs.
• Stay updated on design trends, video formats, and AI tools to continuously improve output quality.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools for video and images.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends and performance-driven creatives.
• Ability to think creatively while aligning with business and marketing goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-paced marketing environment.
• Familiarity with branding, storytelling, and performance marketing creatives.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
• Experience in fintech, tech, or consumer apps is a bonus.
