Qualification:
Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology / Strength & Conditioning / Sports Science
Industry certification (NSCA / ACSM / IUSCA) – preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver courses in Fitness, S&C, and Performance Training.
Conduct practical sessions and support athlete development.
Design and execute certification programmes.
Contribute to applied research and industry linkage.
Purpose:
Strengthen skill-based ecosystem and revenue generation.
