Independent Sales Representative (Commission-Based) – Teakwood Furniture & Home Décor
We are a well-established importer of premium solid teakwood furniture and home décor, based in Ontario and serving clients across Canada. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing new business, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to successfully close deals
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize retention and revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends and expansion opportunities
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies
- Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery
Qualifications
