Automotive Assistant Sales Manager

North York Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is evolving with stronger processes, accountability, and leadership.

We’re looking for someone hungry to grow, while developing their strong Automotive Sales foundation.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll learn to desk deals, manage leads, coach sales staff, and develop across all areas Sales Management. Expect to learn, ask questions, and improve every day.

Duties

• Desking deals — structuring payments, working trade-in values, reading lender guidelines, and presenting numbers that close
• Lead flow management — how internet leads, phone ups, and walk-ins are routed, tracked, and converted using DealerSocket and PBS Workplan
• Coachinng Sales Reps — giving feedback that improves performance without damaging confidence or motivation
• Inventory management basics — understanding stocking decisions, vehicle turn rate, and what sits vs. what sells
• Stellantis brand standards — OEM programme compliance, CPS (Customer Promoter Score) requirements, and how they connect to dealership incentives
• Weekly reporting and KPIs —read the performance dashboard, identify problems early, and present findings to senior leadership clearly
• OMVIC compliance in practice —how compliance actually works on a live sales floor every day

What we need from you:

What We Need From You

Minimum requirements — and the honest version

• Valid OMVIC registration.
• 1–3 years of automotive sales experience
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence
• Comfort with CRM systems — DealerSocket or PBS Workplan experience is an asset. The ability to learn new systems quickly is the requirement.
• Weekend availability — Saturday is a core business day in automotive retail, weekly schedules include Saturdays, Sundays on rotation basis.
• Communicates clearly in English — our customer base is diverse, multilingual skills are genuinely valuable, written and spoken English fluency is required for the reporting and coaching components of this role.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
