Lead Fullstack Engineer – Enterprise SaaS Platform - Hyderabad

This is a senior IC role — no people management, just deep technical ownership. You'll work across Product, Design, Quality, Platform, and Security to architect and build scalable, secure software. You'll challenge existing patterns, mentor peers, and lead by example in the codebase

What You'll Do

• Design and build product features end-to-end, from architecture to production.
• Modernize and decompose large, complex codebases.
• Promote best practices in performance, maintainability, and testability across teams.
• Stay current with .NET and modern web technologies.

Required

• Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead or equivalent role.
• Strong .NET experience (Framework 4.6+ / .NET 6+)
• C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience with C# testing frameworks.
• Azure SQL, Git.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms at scale.

Preferred

• Accessibility expertise.
• Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• CI/CD and DevOps principles
• Cloud platforms — Azure, AWS, or GCP.
