We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to raise the quality bar across our frontend ecosystem — driving architecture, performance, and maintainability improvements that directly impact the experience of internal engineering teams and tens of millions of end users.

What You'll Do

• Design and build modular, well-documented SDKs and component libraries for internal teams and external developers, with a focus on usability, accessibility, performance, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Architect extensible frontend systems with clear boundaries, well-defined interfaces, and the right abstraction layers.
• Establish and evangelize architectural patterns that improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability org-wide.
• Drive engineering excellence through architectural decision-making, mentorship, and setting standards that stick.
• Partner with product and engineering to identify and eliminate technical debt through strategic refactoring

What You Bring

• 8+ years in frontend engineering with a strong track record in code quality, performance, and architecture.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, state management, and modern testing frameworks.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable frontend architectures — including component libraries/SDKs reused across multiple systems.
• A track record of raising the bar in past roles, technically and culturally.
• Strong communication skills, a bias toward ownership, and comfort working within constraints.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-platform apps (Electron or similar) and desktop/web hybrid challenges.
• History of building widely-adopted open-source libraries/SDKs (1000+ active developers.)
