As a Lead Developer with over 10 years of experience in JavaScript and web technologies like CSS, you will play a crucial role in building solutions using the React JavaScript Framework. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading development projects and mentoring junior team members
Developing mobile solutions as part of a collaborative team effort
Designing applications on NoSQL technology
Applying software engineering design patterns
Contributing to enterprise-level solution development by implementing web security protocols and enterprise security solutions
Managing the full software development lifecycle
Designing and implementing solutions from scratch
Leading teams in system software design, assurance, and best practices
Planning releases and defining test strategies
Designing software deployment architectures

Additional advantageous skills include experience with NoSQL technology like CouchBase, JS frameworks such as React Native/React Web, Xamarin app development, Umbraco, Sitecore, or other CMS solutions, Azure solution deployment and development, and an appreciation of business needs in e-commerce.
